Nadine-Johanna Ebhardt
Nadine-Johanna Ebhardt is the founder of NJE Nanny Training and an experienced Newborn Care Specialist, maternity concierge, and former nanny and governess to high-net-worth, VIP and royal families.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in both Europe and the Middle East (2007–2018), Nadine has cared for children from newborn through school age in some of the world’s most exceptional private households. Her work spans newborn care, family support, routine building, sleep and feeding education, and navigating the unique expectations of high-profile families with professionalism and discretion.
After specialising as a Newborn Care Specialist, Nadine expanded her work to supporting parents before their baby arrives, offering guidance on newborn care, preparing families for the early weeks, and helping them settle confidently into parenthood through her maternity concierge services.
Drawing from years of real-life practice, Nadine creates training that is evidence-based, practical and truly relevant to what nannies and childcarers face in a family home. Her mission is to raise standards in newborn and infant care and to empower nannies with the confidence, language and professional skills needed to thrive in their roles.
